DXCLUSTER OVERVIEW

menu/DXCluster/DXCluster-1 Start

menu/DXCluster/DXCluster-2 Start

The DXCluster window(s) can be configured to display many useful alerts

There are two DXCluster windows available.
DXCluster-1 window is contained within the main logging window.
DXCluster-2 window is detached from the main logging window.

Each DXCluster window can be configured independently and can be used simultaneously.

DXCluster-2 has some options disabled or unavailable.

Normally, data is fed to the DXCluster window(s) using the WLNET server which connects to internet DXclusters.

Incoming spot callsigns can be checked for DXCC and WAZ worked/confirmed status with visual and audible alerts.

Alerts for Grid Locator and IOTA are derived from the "INFO" field.

Internet DXClusters are served by the inbuilt telnet client 'WLNET'.

Provision is also provided for radio packet nodes using third party hosts like 'Winpack'.

Many other useful facilities and functions are offered using the DXCluster window, including spots saved to database, WWV data displayed and collected and added to a Solar database, rig control, DXCC stats., etc.
