SEARCH button
Searches for instances of a single IOTA or range of IOTAs in the Logs 'Remarks' field and displays results in the Search Page.
The keyboard Enter key also initiates the same IOTA search function.
IOTA found in the Log will be displayed in the Search Page, clicking a callsign displayed in the Search Page will move
the Log to that QSO.
CHK IOTA button.
Checks the IOTA database for an IOTA reference and displays the island
or group name, its usual prefix and also the Worked/Confirmed status.
A valid IOTA reference is required: do NOT precede reference with "IOTA".
Valid IOTA reference formats:
EU001; EU01; EU-01 EU-001
All other formats will be ignored.
Entering "OC" will find all IOTA QSO in Oceania, plus advanced pattern matching may be used.
N.B. When searching for IOTA Reference, it must be formatted exactly as it is entered into the
Logs Remarks filed, e.g. if you search for "EU-001", the search will ONLY find this, so EU001 or EU01 etc., will not be found.
Standardise your IOTA reference format entered into the Remarks field, remember that the reference
must be preceded with "IOTA" in the Remarks field of the log for the IOTA database auto-update function.
Where more than one mini-window shares the same position -
Double-click the border of mini-window to hide.
"X" close mini-window.
Results in the Search Page can be exported or printed if required.
IOTA searches can also be performed on the Log Page and DXCluster using the right-click and select from menu method.
