Printing - general information.

If printing with a remote machine - the print driver must be installed on the local machine.

If print options are NOT enabled e.g. 'greyed out', it is likely that a print driver is not installed.
In these circumstances; Winlog32 must be closed and re-opened after the print driver is installed.
