Real-time QSO Upload - eQSL electronic QSL service.
Real-time single QSO exporting/uploading to this service requires an
internet connection and registration with eQSL.
A prompt to upload QSO data to eQSL is offered when a QSO is saved in the Log.
menu/Options/Real Time Upload/eQSL
Users must be registered with the eQSL electronic QSL service and have the required
user name and password before using this function.
The QSO upload process can be transparent during logging.
Real time upload settings.
menu/Options/Settings/Real Time Upload.
Option 'Prompt before real-time QSO Upload'.
A prompt will appear before uploading with an option to Cancel the upload. This prompt option is common to all real-time uploads.
Enter your eQSL user name and password acquired from the eQSL registration process into the 'to eQSL' section.
N.B. The password is viewed and stored in 'open' format, if you are worried about security on your computer then
do not enter the password, you will be prompted for your password when enabling this feature or when starting
Winlog32 with this feature already enabled.
Personal QSL Message.
A personal QSL message can be included, either predefined or created in real-time.
The message is added to the "<QSL_MSG>" ADIF tag.
Option: 'Allow attached accounts'
This option allows uploading of QSO to eQSL attached accounts where several different callsigns are being managed,
provided they all belong (attached) to the users eQSL account.
A 'Station Location' MUST have be set for every log and log database as the callsign provides the account pointer.
There is only provision for the users password.
Option: 'Prompt to include Personal message".
A prompt to include a personal message for each QSO (QSL).
The personal message will override any existing predefined message.
Option: 'Include QSL message with all uploaded QSOs'
The predefined message will be included with all uploads.
Notes:
Only a single QSO, the current QSO, can be uploaded by this method.
QSO's already entered into the Log can not be uploaded by the 'real time' process,
however it is possible to upload single QSOs to eQSL via right-click menu on Log input Callsign field.
Other services can be used simultaneously.
Problem - eQSL upload not working:
No current connection with the Internet.
No eQSL user name or password entered, or incorrectly entered.
QSO data insufficient or incorrect.
