Settings - Auto Add.
menu/Options/Settings - tab 'Auto Add'
AutoAutomatically adds data to the 'Remarks' or 'User' fields during new QSO input.
Most of these options are redundant as this data is available in real-time.
'Auto-Add to User field' (from Country data).
Enable only one option to add that data to the User field.
Requires menu/database/Prefix 'Auto' enabled.
Works when real-time logging only.
Other options may override these settings, e.g. Contest and Speed Logging.
'Auto-Add to User field' (from Callbook).
Requires a Callbook selected, set-up and enabled, menu/Callbook
Works when real-time logging only.
Other options may override these settings, e.g. Contest and Speed Logging.
This option does not work with all callbooks and all items.
Works with HamQTH, HamCall, etc.
Enable only one option to add that data to the User field.
Auto-Add Text
Automatically add the previously defined text to either the 'Remarks' or 'User' fields.
Callsign Input.
'Clear Log Input when Callsign is Blank (Like Ctrl+W)'.
When enabled, this option behaves like keyboard 'wipe' (Ctrl+W), which removes all content from the current log fields when the Callsign is deleted from the Log Input .
This behaviour occurs only with any currently entered log data, it does not work with QSO already logged.
DXCC Updateing.
This option has no relevance to the Auto-Add functions on this tab, but the setting is included here.
'Do NOT overwrite QSO details in DXCC confirmed with LoTW verified QSO'.
This option relates to LoTW Manager and the update function acting on the DXCC Database. (see).
